Hi, I built SamplerBox years back and just recently updated and improved my build (pic below 
), love it!
Having a small issue, when I connect via ssh the card seems to be read only - I cannot save edits to config files done using nano, nor (most importantly for me right now) can I save changes in alsamixer to permenently set my USB sound interface to 100% volume [EDIT: OK i figured out how to set the volume to 100% by editing the samplerbox config file on the computer but still would like to be able to write stuff via SSH]
is this normal? Is there some way to change it / log in differently as root or whatever? I don't know much Linux stuff so probably human error on my part
