The first time I boot it it sounds with the demo sounds, then I try to add the Salamander piano to the samples partition, when I turn it on again it sounds but if it turn it off and on again i get no sound. I've tried many ways of mounting the image but none worked

Please check if your mini SD card is correctly inserted.
Sometimes the raspberry doesn't boot at all if the card is just not fully inserted.
Let us know

Yes, the mini SD card is correctly inserted, I don't even move it after turning it off. I can use it the first time after burbing and addig the salamander piano, but when I turn it off and come back later, it doesn't sound

Please let us know where exactly you copied the salamander piano. On a usb stick ?
What is the name of your folder ?

Please take a screen cap of your explorer where we can see your sets folders.

Check the definition parameters too, as I recall, there's an issue with Salamander related to velocity, it has a parameter that is not necessary... hope it helps!
Personally, I recommend looking for other piano samples more faster to load.
