Buffer size + midisport + wonderful work

First of all, this project is insane. I'm so happy someone make this. I can make a +1500 euro system for 40 euro. Makes me very very happy!

1) I'm wondering if and how buffer size can be lowered?

2) My midisport 2x2 (old version) does not seem to respond. Is there any way to make this work?

Hi Blor007,

You can influence the buffersize with the BLOCKSIZE configuration parameter.
Hans writes about this in the FAQ about latency, which is quite complicated. What is the issue you need to solve?

The midisport is an interface and as such does not respond by itself.
Can you please be more clear in what you're doing, what works and what doesn't work ? If the issue is getting no sound, then read the FAQ "I get no sound".
For now I can only say that I have a similar device (a 4x4 from miditech) which works perfectly.
