To register or not to register

Up to you.... but whatever you decide, your connection details are retrievable by admin (and admin only).

When registered

• You can post/reply without  entering contact details and the "I'm not a robot" verification
  
• You can up/download attachments
  
• The "new messages" info makes sense; for guests all posts are new (..)
  
• You can send and receive personal messages (PM)
  
• To avoid confusion: "show mailaddress" enables sending mail via a form without revealing your real address)
  
• Your profile is visible for registered forum members only, so excluding guests
  

There are various ways to register, via "sign in" -> "register here" can be used on all pages.

• registration requires a valid emailaddress on a server supporting encryption (TLS)
