Hi folks,
i'm setting up Samplerbox - first ever pi project. Very excited.

I'm following the guide on Glenn's site for the Pimoroni Lineout setup, and although i can access Samplerbox through my phone, the Lineout is doing nothing. Not lighting up, or anything.

From the step by step instructions, it looks like i didn't need to install any software specifically for the Lineout before unwrapping it and connecting it to the pi, but i'm wondering if i'm mistaken there.

If anyone can either confirm that the steps on Glenn's site should do all the software install, or if i should be doing anything specifically for the Lineout first, i would really appreciate it please.

So excited to use Samplerbox for triggering reggae acappelas to jam over, if i can get it working
Thanks

for anyone reading in this future - my issue was that the screen cord on the lineout was not seated properly, out the box. i seated it correctly and it worked fine.
if you're having issue with no signs of life from the pirate lineout, check all the cables
