HifiBerry DAC Light: Playback open error: -16,Device or resource busy

I have a RaspberryPi Zero W and the HifiBerry DAC.

I have used it before without problems and now I have an image with [samplerbox](https://homspace.nl/samplerbox) and I added the line to `/boot/config.txt`:

I now get the error when running `speaker-test`:
